How to Disable all Pop-Up Captions? - danmeek - 10-28-2015
I can see how to disable all pop-up tips. There is a "Disable tips" opion under Customize Menu.
But there is no "Disable pop-up captions" option. I want to disable those as well. Not the menu captions that display along the top or left side. I want to disable all of the pop-up captions.

Attached "hide-caption.css", copy this file to the "tips" subfolder in TLB installation folder. The open TLB Settings->Tips->Appearance and add this style as shown on the attached screenshot.
Also you can use the style from any other folder, but you have to click "Select CSS File".
Tips are in HTML format now. And you can create CSS to style them.
