I think Moon Monitor has a conflict with Explorer.Exe
I installed Moon Monitor and it worked correctly.
However when I RESTART or LOG off Explorer.exe will not close automatically and an ALERT screen pops up so I have to close Explorer.exe by hand.
I tested this before installing Moon Monitor and after installing Moon Monitor. It is a consistent problem.

Moon Monitor 1.1.0.0. now functions correctly. Thank you. There is no EXPLORER.EXE conflict.
