Can menu inheritance be enabled in reguards to Appearance settings? If I set a certain menu to be small icons without text, or an overlay image or something I would like all the sub menus off that one to also use it unless otherwise customized.

This feature is already implemented. Sort of. If you right click inside a menu and select "Customize Menu...", a dialog box will come up with options to change the menu's view mode, icon size, contents arrangement, and number of columns. This dialog box also has a checkbox called "Apply to child folders". If you make changes in this dialog box and click that checkbox, TLB will apply the settings to that menu and all submenus. Yes, I have tested it, and yes, it does actually work.
I said "Sort of" previosuly because currently this dialog box has no options for the menu overlay image. Maybe Yuri can add this in the next version?
