It's a free trial - supposedly for 30 days, but mine never quit working after that. Maybe mine was a fluke or something though...

why would you have to create totally new graphics? Couldn't you just resize the graphics and then have the condition underneath, and then Temp, Humidity and Wind (or something like that) next to it. Basically all I need is the skin.ini, I already resized the graphics (bg, 38x64, all the rest, 38x38) and currently I have the temp below.

I know some free graphics editors:
* GIMP - This editor comes from Linux. Very powerfull but maybe difficultly to study.
* Serif Photoplus 5.5 - On <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.freeserifsoftware.com">www.freeserifsoftware.com</a><!-- w --> old versions are free. This is very nice editor with support of many formats.

Not yet. I have been unbelievably busy with work and other engagements and haven't had the chance. To answer your earlier question, if I just scale the images up, they get pixelly. They will look sharper to scale them down from the 52x52 versions on weather.com (better yet if I just break down and draw them myself at the correct size).
If you have graphics you like, I should be able to just make you a skin file. It would be easier if you could email me the graphics you have, along with any changes/additions to the description you posted earlier.

if you could just make me a skin.ini file, that would be sweet. As far as the pixely images, they show up very good if I change it to 38x38 and my resolution is 1600x1200, so it doesn't look pixely at all. Just let me know what size I should make my bg.png and if you could write the ini for it, that would be awesome

Hello jgallen
Perhaps we can help a little. The others like shapeshifter are the pros but we know a little (because they taught us).
To make the Wind conditions show in the WM you need to have the Wind parsed in the provider ini file and then you need to select a Data slot (0-n where n is the number of Data slots you plan on having) in the skin ini file to display the Wind. We were not following the thread all the way so we do not know what your skin is supposed to look like.
