When Media Control is set to display a song title, CPU usage for explorer hovers around 20-23%. When the song title is set to FALSE (in the winampctl.ini), usage drops to 0-3%. I use Foobar 2000, but changed to Winamp 3 with the same results. In both cases the player is not running.
