True Launch Bar toolbar starts the Language bar!

Hello,

I'm able to run the standalone version of true launch bar but not the taskbar version.

If I select "True Lauch Bar" in "toolbars" it starts the Language Bar instead! If I uncheck "True Lauch Bar" in "toolbars" the language bar dissapears.

If I select "Language Bar" in "toolbars", nothing happens: the language bar does not appear or disappear; true launch bar does not appear or dissapear.

I've tried all the checks posted in this forum to get true launch bar to start but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm currently running version 4.2 but I've been experiencing this problem ever since I installed true launch bar (which was 4.0 at the time).
