Wireless Monitor v1.3 released.

Changes:
* Improved support of "Infrastructure" network mode
* Added: "Network Authentification" field into tips (Open, Shared, WPA, WPA-PSK, WPA2, WPA2-PSK)
* Added: "Data Encryption" field into tips (WEP, TKIP, AES)
* Improved detection of disconnected state
* Skin can show encryption state and network mode.
* Some minor changes

Great job, yuri! i've been hoping to use this plugin for some time now, and it works great with these fixes! the connection state indicators are neat, too.
