I know that it's currently possible to switch Mail Monitor's behaviour between opening mail list and opening the mail program within the properties setting, but would it be possible to add in a feature such that when clicked with a key held (say the shift key, or even any definable key) that the behaviour would change?

Also although the mail list is great, it would be nice to have some way to launch the mail program from the mail list directly.

Also.

- I think it would be better to allow RIGHT CLICK on each account to edit ACCOUNT properties in the three pane window

Is it possible to allow the columns such as FROM SUBJECT DATE etc be user arranged by D&D. In these days of so many email virus it is helpful to have the size column next to the from. Size is always a good clue as to if it is just a msg or is a virus.

I think it is too easy to delete mail on the server because there is no option to confirm.

The LOAD MESSAGE option is just above the DELETE so today I accidently deleted a message when I wanted to load the mesage.

Perhaps this will be fixed if LOAD MESSAGE opton is removed and the email message is loaded automatically.

This is good news. Smile I hope release will be soon. Mail monitor is a very good application. It is very fast.

Perhaps the LOAD MESSAGE should have an option

Always load message into preview panel automatically Y/N

Also please allow CTRL A to select all text and headers in preview panel - this is consistent with standard Windows method.

Looking forward to new mail monitor Big Grin

Speaking of keys, it would be convenient to be able to assign hotkeys to invoke the mail list and the mail reader. And the mail list should allow keyboard operation, such as: Apps key opens context menu, Del deletes the selected messages, etc.

I am looking forward to the new Mail Monitor.

I would like to suggest that Mail Monitor has the function to SUSPEND a mail account. Sometimes it is helpful to temporarily close an account *but* not delete it.

Thank you.

With the new email manager i wonder if there could be a option to easily forward the mail to another user (of a group of users)

If there could be a popup list of email addresses that we could forward mail to I think it could be realy handy.

Thanks for your consideration

Yes, I could need this, too.

I would also want to multi-select messages to be forwarded, and forward them as separate messages (not as attachments to one message).

One last thing I'd like to add. MSN has switched to using Secure Password Authorization for mail delivery. When I set up my MSN account into Mail Notify, I get "Invalid Username" and can't check the POP. Can you add SPA support?

Thanks Again for a terrific product

My wish list for next version of MAIL MONITOR

1. Allow the columns such as FROM SUBJECT DATE etc be user arranged by D&D.

2. Option to *Always* load message into preview panel automatically

3. Allow CTRL A to select all text and headers in preview panel - this is consistent with standard Windows method.

4. Option to allow Mail Monitor to SUSPEND a mail account but not delete.

5. Option to easily forward mail to another user (of a group of users)

Thank you Smile
