Is it possible, if so how do I change the blue background for menu highlight as shown here?

Version v2.0 (64 bit)
Windows version: Home Premium, Service Pack 1, Build 7601
Shell version: 6.1.7601.17514
IE Version is unreadable (to me) Chinese characters, but it is IE9

Free Launch Bar uses the system colors only. So you can change the menu highlight color in the Control Panel and FLB will use this color.
