Yuri,

I've been using True Launch Bar for about four years, and it's been well worth the money. In fact it keeps getting better.

I downloaded the 6.5.4 beta last night. I think the new menu docking and auto-hide feature is great. It does something that I've been trying to do in roundabout ways.

Would there be any way to adjust the width and location of the hot spot for the docked menu along the screen edge? As it is now, if there's more than one menu docked to a screen edge and they overlap, they all open when the mouse is in the overlapping hot spots.

What I'd like to be able to do is create menus and then dock them above the program shortcuts that are pinned to the task bar. As it is now, if I do that, the menus overlap and all open at once.

This is just a suggestion. I know you get a lot of requests for new features and can't implement them all immediately.

Jim

I do not see how to make docking work. There is no menu choice for it on any menu, when right-clicking.
I got it to work by watching this video: http://forum.tordex.com/thread-4565.html

But it needs a better explanation. For example, it cannot be done if you have already torn off the menu. You have to start with a non-torn off menu, and you must display the menu's caption. You can ctrl-drag it only by using the caption.

It is a great feature.

Also, I want the auto-hid menu to automatically load when stand-alone TLB loads. Instead, I now have to click on the menu item in the toolbar to get it to load, whenever Windows restarts.
I just found the "Load on Startup" option in the menus and hope that will work.

Yes, this works.

The existing torn off menus can be docked, drag menu and hold down CTRL key to turn on the docking.

I'll add the options for hot spot size into customize menu dialog box.

Thanks, Yuri.

Your responsiveness to suggestions is great.
