In SNAG-0000.gif is shown a menu segment next to its toolbar. The accelerator key "A" has been assigned to contiguous menu item names as follows:

.... ANT&ARES-V-Drive
.... ANT&ARES-C-Drive
.... ANT&ARES DayBook.txt

Regardless of the highlighted menu item, it is always the first item with a "&A" in its name which is launched. In this case, "ANT&ARES-V-Drive" is always launched regardless of the menu highlight position. TLB behaves as if it does not recognize "ANT&ARES-C-Drive" or "ANT&ARES DayBook.txt", even when the menu item highlight is sitting on top of them.

If I recall Windows menus correctly, in past years, when multiple keystroke accelerators were present, the topmost accelerated menu item would be launched ONLY if it's &-letter did NOT appear multiple times as an accelerator letter, not as a first letter.

For True Launch Bars, what seems to happen is the accelerator key gets "stuck" on the first menu item name containing it. All other menu items with the same &-letter are ignored

I would not call this a bug; but I would call it a feature which is worth a second look for folks like me who use long menus in their workplaces. If I know Alt+A will launch what I want, having to press Enter after jumping to a &A name is much faster than, say, hunting down the third &A name, if that is the one I want.
