Clicking toolbar menu button does not close expanded menu?

Actually TLB works like you've described. The second click on the toolbar button must close all menus. I guess this is a bug in your case.

Please can you make a backup of your toolbar and send it to me (support@tordex.com). I'll check the behavior of TLB with your settings.

To make backup, open TLB settings->Options and click backup.
