Yuri, I guess that it just wasn't working with the particular build of Windows 10 I was running. I just checked it after my last update and all seems fine.
I haven't yet checked to see if the auto-arrange can adapt to TLB items that are renamed via Appearance/Button Properties. That was giving me a bit of a problem earlier.

I just checked and no, if you rename an item the new name is not the basis for arranging the menu items. It uses the "old name" (like "Windows Accessories").
