As TLB can works nicely in Windows's 7 but it works on a traditional quick launch taskbar mode in Vista/XP.Today I found a similar software called "StandaloneStack 2",It seems more "compatible" for Win7's new-designed superbar.It can be pinned in superbar and also has a jumping animation effect.Here are some screenshots or you can have more info about this software via
