My four best wishes for Mail monitor 1.5

1. Allow the mouse drag and drop repositioning of the details columns

2. Allow the keyboard CTRL A selection of message text in preview panel

3. Allow new menu item to load message to Mail reader

4. Mail Monitor should make a log of which mail has been deleted by the spam filter
