Save toobar size and position when dock side is changed.

I change the dock side of my toolbar frequently but unfortunately tlb does not remember the size and position of the toolbar from the last time it was docked in that position. This is especially annoying for non-full row toolbars.

I.e. dock a toolbar one side, move and size it. Dock it to another side then back again and the size and pos are lost.

Pls consider.
