Applets?

I guess you've downloaded the skins for the plugins.

First you have to install the plugins. You can download plugin from website and install it, or just click "Check for updates" in TLB Settings to open the TLB Components Manager and install plugins you need.

Now you can install skins for plugin (if it is supports the skins)

After installing plugin, you have to add the plugins to the toolbar or menu. Right-click the toolbar/menu and select New submenu and click the plugin name you want to add. TLB Will ask you for name and some properties, including the skin.
