I'm still getting a the crashing problem that I got with 1.12.

If I start up the main window it often locks up straight away, especially if I've been using my PC a while and have several apps open.

Or if I open it first thing after booting up I can open the window for a while start it loading my mail but then it will lock up.

Last time it happened I got a "System is low on resources. Do you want to close...." message, but it had locked up and I could not see the mouse pointer, use the keyboard and CTRL+ALT+DEL wouldn't work.

...:::My System Info:::...
Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 98 version 4.10.1998
Shell Version:4.72.3812.600
Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2800.1106
TLB version: 3.2.5

yes, it was trying to read 100+ GMail mails at the time Smile

I've since suspended GMail (using the firefox notifier instead). I might give it a try deleting the GMail account tomorrow when I start my PC to see if it still crashes.

OK, please let me know how MM works without GMAIL account. There are possible incompatibles with Windows 98.

It may be a temporary Gmail thing but I just installed the latest Mail Monitor and now I can't access my gmail accounts.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Yes, Gmail has now returned. All is working correctly.

It was just bad timing during installation of new Mail Monitor Sad

Deleted the GMail account and then tried to open the main window and it crashed. Sad

Rebooted and tried again and it crashed on opening the window the second time. Mouse pointer was moving about but nothing worked, CTRL+ALT+DEL didn't bring up the usual dialog and I got a BSOD, I hit CTRL+ALT+DEL to shut down as, from experience, at that point it's not going to recover.

Please can use send me a "Mail Monitor.tlbplugin"? I've test with your settings. Before sending file select "Protect passwords" option for every account.

Bump.

(Sorry I should have created this in the plugin bugs forum, are you able to move it?)

I still have these problems with version 1.14 of Mail Monitor. Will the next version fix them?

Please test version 1.15
This version supports SSL in Windows 98 and I've fixed some bugs that cause the crash. Please let me know how it works.
