Protecting a Menu???

How does one protect a menu??

I tried applying a PW via the protect command, but nothing changed??

The password is not asked on menu open. Protecting works only if you try to delete of set menu options.

Is it possible to PW protect a Menu or Hide it, so that access is private??

It is possible to hide the menu. Right-click it and select "Hide". You can access to the hidden menu by hotkey.

Other way to hide - using the delayed menus. Delayed menu looks and works like a shortcut, but if you press the delayed menu and hold the mouse button some time TLB will show the menu. To make the dalayed menu right-click the menu item you want to become the default and select Appearance->Set as default
