I am running Windows 10 Build 10162. I set up a TLB Programs menu button so that I could avoid the new start menu as much as possible.

In the menu on the button, there is a folder called "Windows Ease of Access." But, the folder, when one goes to "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs", is called Accessibility. AND, Accessibility doesn't show at all on the "new" Start Menu.

So, is Windows renaming that folder, is there a duplicate/ghost folder, or what?

Regards,

Not sure, but the Windows Explorer can "rename" folders/files via desktop.ini. So you see one name, but the path is other. Usually this is used for localization of folders like C:\Users.

True Launch Bar uses the same way to get the "Name" as explorer.
