If I give a button or a folder an icon that is taken from an .ico file rather than shell32.dll or an .exe that contains icons, I am unable to change that icon later.
The "Current icon:" window is empty, even before and after I select a new icon.

Yes, I find this bug and fix will out in the next version.
This bug only on Windows XP.
