Upon clicking on the Weather Monitor plugin we get two instances of the web page indicated. We used to get just the one properly but as of 2.2.0.18 RC3 we are now getting two pages appearing in the browser.
This behaviour happens with any use of WM plugin. Currently we have seven WM plugins in use and it happens with all of them.
Is this happening with anyone else?
Does not happen with me. I use Mozilla Firefox as my default browser.
Perhaps it is because we and HorusUK use MyIE2!?!
Indeed, that may be the case! Anyone else with MyIE2 that could confirm this behaviour?
I just did a test. I changed my default browser to MyIE2. I clicked on a weather monitor icon and just one page appeared when MyIE2 opened. ???
However, if MyIE2 is already opened, then two pages of the weather monitor page appear. ??? ??? ???

I can confirm this exact behaviour, too.
It would appear that it's definitely a TLB/MyIE2 conflict. ???

All time WF opens one page on my system. What version of MyIE2 do you use?

I've JUST upgraded to the latest version 0.9.26.33, released today, and it still has this problem.
The MyIE2 I use is 0.9.18.20. But I only use it when a page does not work in Mozilla Firefox.
Our version is also 0.9.18.20. As another experiment we tried this:
We closed and exited MyIE2 and only had just one instance of IE open (6.0) and it is only a radio station GUI which we had going. We then clicked on the Weather Monitor and two pages of the weather page opened in MyIE2.
Update!
I'd noticed yesterday that the old version of TLB clock was opening two copies of Date & Time Properties and was going to report it today. Until I updated to the latest version Yuri has released. Along with getting the tooltips back, the double opening of windows no longer happens with this plugin.
