This is PRIVATE BUILD of True Launch Bar version 1.1.0.18
What's new:
1) Turn On/Off the shaddow of menus (Windows XP only)
2) The time of loading is reduced
Bug fixed:
1) Cannot drag between menus
2) Crashes on selecting some skins on Windows 98/Me
How to install:
1) Close True Launch Bar panel
2) Restart (or log off/log on)
3) Replace tlb.dll inside your instalation folder with file from this zip
4) Open True Launch Bar panel again
