I am running the lastest beta and when I right click on a menu I do not see the Tear-Off option. I only have "Always on Top" and "Auto-Hide"
Am I doing something wrong?
Try to hold down CTRL+SHIFT and right-click menu. This will show standard TLB menu.
Is there a screen shot so I can see what the right-click menu should look like? Alternatively, is there a tutorial?

yeah, I definitely do not see that menu! I have re-downloaded and re-installed the beta and I still see the old menu.
I am running XP Pro, SP2
Any other advice?
Post your screenshot here. Also check the About tab to be sure you are using version 3.2.10
Are you right-clicking in the right location? I have to admit it just took me some time to re-discover the tear-off option, because it's not available for the menubutton...
