Is it possible to add a 'lock computer' entry? Now I assigned a menuentry to "%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation".

That's exactly what "Switch User" does... On workgroup computers, it takes you to the user logon screen, on domain computers, it takes you to a "locked" screen.
