Is it possible some how some way to be able to still scroll after hovering over a sub menu within a virtual folder?

If I attempt to scroll, once a folder has been hovered over and the sub menu has popped out, it won't go. Is there a setting to allow this to happen?

TLB Settings->Mouse->Popup submenus on mouse hover.

Turn off this option to disable to auto-popup submenus. You can open submenus by click.
