Win 7.

Can anybody get three rows at bottom of screen. I can't do it. I'd be amazed if anyone can

windows Taskbar on it's own
Underneath is first True Launch Bar
Underneath is 2nd True Launch Bar

I've attached the screenshot how to move the toolbar to get the 3 rows
