It is very useful to be able to change the folder for TL.

However if you change the TL folder and later you CLOSE the TL toolbar and then reopen the TL toolbar it goes back to the same folder as Quicklaunch.

This is a bug. I think TL should always remember where it has been changed to.

More testing.

If you close TLB toolbar and then reopen TLB toolbar then LAUNCH ON HOVER time is always reset to 1000 - I think TLB should remember user setting.

There not only LAUNCH ON HOVER TIME but all settings are moved to the new folder. The bug is that TLB do not check if there self settings in the new folder.
Well, in the next version will all be fixed.
