With the mouse hover, I can see all the weather specs (except temperature).

Because you can see information upon mouse hover this indicates WM is parsing the weather page but not displaying it in the plugin properly. Have you tried some other skins with the same provider file to see if you can have the weather display properly?

Yes, I have - and most don't work - especially the large grey ones. Also, the plugins allow for passing a number of parameters like: temp, conditions, wind, wind chill, humidity, etc. Most of these are not passed to the skins. On the small blue skin you sent me to, I get the temp - but not the conditions.
