Yes I meant a TLB backup.
This backup has the plugins installed, and I can use them.
I've also tried redownloading the plugins and installed them on a fresh install of TLB, but still can't see them in the context menu.
(Which is why I use the backup)
The registry key already exist.
No matter what plugin I download and install, it won't show.
Weird.
