Installed YM update. Annoyingly, creates Quick Launch icon.
My TLB running with locked taskbar and Start Button hidden.
New Icon causes >> menu to show up.
Click >>, right-click YM icon, select Delete. TLB refreshes, >> menu is still showing behind TLB, then explorer crashes.
Windows XP SP1. TLB 3.0 Registered.

Especially when describing a problem, it would be helpful to write out these acronyms at least once... we cannot always guess what you have installed on your system

I've reproduced the bug. Explorer crashes when delete the last (and only) item from >> menu. Thank you for bug report.

BTW, YM is Yahoo Messenger.
More importantly, it was the last icon, but not the only icon. I have just enough space for TLB reserved, and my last icon (Outlook) was also in the >> menu.

BTW I see that somebody do not know how to disable >> menu at all. To do this set the value TLB Settings->Toolbar->Toolbar's min size more than the icons on toolbar. And the next time when any installation add something into quick launch area TLB adjust the size of toolbar to fit all icons.
