Sometimes when the messages window is open the computer appears be blocked, but when i close the window, return to normal (do you undertand me?)

I don't know what you mean with "messages window", but maybe it's this:
When you open the properties of Mail Monitor (or any other TLB plugin), this window opens as an application-modal window. This means you cannot use explorer (the taskbar) until you have closed the properties window.
Yuri, is it really necessary to make these properties windows app-modal? ??? For example, the mail list of Mail Monitor does not disable the taskbar, and that is much more convenient...
