In Weather Monitor this means for instance that if the parse value changes an alert sound event happens. The context is when WM is used for Programme version changes or severe weather alerts.

Yeah! That would be useful in many other situations... Often you don't just want to know the most recent information, but rather whether it has changed or not!
Excellent idea, but maybe better for the Universal Data Fetcher, if that plugin is still in the pipeline

Some months
