TLB wont show up or run - kingpin1024 - 10-31-2004
had to format and reinstall winsows
and when i reinstalled TLB it vanished.the start menu is there.. but not the taskbar selection. I included a screen shot for you to see. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. i have tried to edit the registry all to no avail.

Have you got TLB installed on a different HD\Partition from your windows installation?

Uninstall TLB check if there tlb.dll in the installation folder if it is there then delete it. Install TLB again.
If this is not work try to rename installation package into setup.exe
