It seems that the colors in pie mode are reversed...
Currently my disk is entirely empty: in bar mode the entire bar is in 'Free space' color, in pie mode the entire pie is in 'Used space' color...

Yes this has been a bug since the start but no one mentioned it before. The minor bug is here as well.
