When I open up a virtual folder that has several folders within it, such as My Documents, whenever I hover over each sub-folder, 8/10 times there will be a caption that appears briefly before opening up that sub menu. It's the same caption that you get when you mouse over anything on the TLB bar.

Apparently it has to do with the tips. Is this a bug or not? Sometimes it shows up and sometimes it does not. I removed it by just disabling the tips completely.

Also you can increase the tip open time.
