After installing the latest beta, I have the following problem.

The position of my TLB toolbar is not saved after logoff (or reboot).

See the attached image, the top part shows the taskbar before reboot, the bottom - after reboot.

Also, the toolbar title (My TaskBar) is turned on while it was originally off.

If I log on using a different account - everything works fine there. The problem happens under my account only.

Also tried to uninstall TLB and install an older version, the problem persists.

(WinXp pro, TLB 1.2.6 rc3)

Please help!

Do you use any of tweaking software?
Is your computer in a domain network?
Also try to open gpedit.msc and all values under User configuration->Administrative templates->Desktop set into Not configured. If they all are already in this state. Change them into any other state and return back into Not configured.

Thank you very much, Yuri! Smile

Manipulating gpedit.msc solved the problem.

Although all settings were already in Not configured state I did as you suggested with these 3 settings:

- Prevent adding, dragging, dropping and closing the Taskbar's toolbars
- Prohibit adjusting desktop toolbars
- Don't save settings at exit

Do you have any guess why this could happen?
I don't use any tweakers and its my home computer (no domain network).

OK, this topic must be added into FAQ Wink Some time ago we are already discuss this problem. And now have the solution.

Maybe you used some of registry cleaner or windows customizer? Something have wrote some values into registry and gpedit.msc restore them into default state. If you have any ideas about that bad utility write about it Wink

Can you post screenshot of your toolbar?

Also try to unlock taskbar and change the size of toolbar if you are using Windows XP.

I'm having a similar problem after upgrading to the beta version. My taskbar is at the top and at the bottom there are two TLB toolbars next to each other. When I do a full reboot (doesn't seem to happen with just logging off) it positions the toolbars in seperate rows beneath each other instead of on one row next to each other...

My system information:

Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional version 5.0.2195
Shell Version: 5.0.2920.0
Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2800.1106
TLB version: 2.2.0.6

This doesn't happen at home, but at home I don't have two TLB's on one row...
