If you get this error after installing version 7.1.1, please try to install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.

RE: True Launch Bar v7.1.1 beta - DocCruncher - 02-23-2015

Had same problems.

Re-installing 7.1 over 7.1.1 did not bring back TLB.
Un-installing TLB THEN Re-installing 7.1 brought back TLB.

Installing VB Studio resolved 7.1.1 issue.

Any chance we can have 3D color effects?

RE: True Launch Bar v7.1.1 beta - Yuri Kobets - 02-23-2015

What is "3D color effects"?

RE: True Launch Bar v7.1.1 beta - DocCruncher - 02-24-2015

3D vis. flat backgrounds.

I may have not got the correct name for it but it seems that today anything that is not old or flat is 3D.

What I'm referring to is backgrounds that fade from one color to another & seem to be curved & have some depth (the 3D part). TLB already has this effect on any menu item that is highlighted (but not the backgrounds which are flat).

I really like what you are doing with 7.1.1 backgrounds (have been wanting this for a LONG time) & would really like to see 3D backgrounds with some depth to them. I'm especially interested in the 3D Titles backgrounds.

Thanks;
Doc

Yes, except for the background too (as an option).

Hi Yuri,

Thanks for implementing BOTH of my suggestions,

'Related Links' Related add-on features - to make it more convenient and powerful in this release itself (http://forum.tordex.com/thread-4730.html) and
'Highlighting Strips' on Menu-ITEMS alongwith already implemented 'Font Color' (http://forum.tordex.com/thread-4767.html)

In this release itself.

Could you please have some Say on this request too - brought to your notice in Feb ->

Open in a NEW WINDOW or Run/Launch an application before running the CURRENT Shortcut (http://forum.tordex.com/thread-4768.html)

NOTE -> First and Last posts in that thread have the FULL SUMMARY of the requirement
The summary of that requirement in ONE line is ->

"to have an option in TLB-Menu Properties / Appearance - to 'RUN AN APPLICATION (Script) BEFORE / AFTER running the 'path' specified for THIS TLB-menu-ITEM' "

It seems that Ctrl+Dragging the 'shortcuts' is NOT working as expected in the beta version
