I have once again tested TLB with Drag and Drop. On my system I *cannot* Drag and Drop buttons from TLB to desktop or to Start menu. I think user should be able to D&D from TLB to desktop and start menu.

As I remember you system is Win2000?
What's heppens when you try to drag button to the desktop?
D&D must works to every where.

Windows 2000 SP2 / 320MB memory

Situation - toolbar to toolbar
toolbar to Start menu

Problem is : User cannot drag and drop *from* TLB to any other toolbar or to Start menu.

With Windows QLB you can drag and drop to TLB or any other toolbar and Start menu

In TLB you can drag to any place too. Just found bug. When you try to drag off the toolbar window, D&D operation do not starts. Try to press mouse button and drag it to the left or right up to other button when cursor moves to other button D&D begins and now try to drop button on desktop. This must works. Am I right?

I have just tested again.

For clarification. Of course button D&D works *within* TLB. And if your press CONTROL you can make copy of button *within* TLB

But user *cannot* drag button from TLB and drop onto another toolbar (such as Desktop toolbar) or onto Start menu

If user press CONTROL and hold it down then DRAG and DROP will work from TLB to another toolbar or start menu.

BUT. D&D will *not* work if user does *not* use Keyboard only mouse

This is not consistent with Windows QLB.
Windows QLB can D&D from toolbar to toolbar without CONTROL key
