I have some url link's on my desktop. I make menu on TL and drug and drop link to it. Then I click url link in TL and get a error message

Thanks for bug report. I reproduce it and shall correct in the next version.
As solution: while dragging hold the SHIFT key (to move shortcut) or CTRL (to make the copy)
