Small bug in drag and drop. User cannot drag to the empty place at the right side end of True Launch Bar. User must drag to place before last icon and then move to last position.
Small bug but maybe it is important to fix now before other errors are caused by this.

I cannot reproduce this bug. All works fine. May be some explanations needed?
While dragginng over button, the button width divided into 2 (or 3 for folders and programs) parts. If the cursor at the left part - insertion marker draws at the left, if at right part - to the right (for folder if cursor under center part insertion mark does not draws because droping into folder).
All this is right for the last button. And when cursoft under empty space then insertion will make always at the end of toolbar.

Yes. I now have explored better - I can drop onto end of True Launch Bar.
So when dragging to empty place on right end of True Launch Bar BLACK I bar shows in wrong place I think - to left of last Button. I think BLACK I bar should show to right of last button.
