I love the tooltips.

Thanks for adding the option of adding drives to the drive space plug-in. I now have it for 8 mapped network drives. One thing I noticed, I clicked "Fill Drives" and only one network drive to the list and I added the rest manually.

Thanks for fixing deleting customized connections in Net Monitor.

Does this mean that we will be able to change the way the tips look? I mean in additon to what is available in the Tips options. And if so, how do we do it? I couldn't find any info on this yet. Can we do this in the Weather Monitor now or do we have to wait for that one? ???

Ya, I've been looking all over for the "description" to modify the tips as the example says in this thread.

Having some problems with the skins installer.

Almost all skins keep bringing up a dialog saying "This file does not contains skin for True Launch Bar" and BeaconTLB keeps saying "Selected ZIP File is corrupted."

What requirements must the skins be in the zip (if any)?

I tried altering the tips and it works great. Big Grin

However, I guess that we cannot alter the way the tips look for the various plugins, since there is no Change Description with them. Will we ever be able to do this? ???

Tips for plugins is mostly related with what plugin do. In the next versions of plugins I'll try to release way to customize plugins tips.

Also as future tips improvement I plan to add features:
* Changing the tips icon or picture
* Templates for tips

Wow, that's weird, it has a zip extension, but I looked at the archive in WinRAR and yes it is a RAR file. When I download it, it gives the ZIP extension. I tried with IE and Opera both download with ZIP extension.

I do notice when I already have a skin installed (ie BeaconTLB converted to ZIP) and try to install that same skin, the error "This file does not contains skin for True Launch Bar." Maybe change that error to let the user know it's already installed. The problem I was having above was that the skins I was testing with were already installed and giving me the above error.

Daaaamn Yuri, you're my hero! That is one big update... and I'm liking it Big Grin. Loving the tips, especially the "last run time"... not useful at all, but adds plenty to the Geek-FactorTM Big Grin.


One minor suggestion for the tips: the HTML-like tags you are using aren't exactly HTML. I understand you don't feel like implementing a whole HTML engine, but <ct=0x0000FF> is a bit far off. Making it more HTML-compatible means more people will understand it, non-programmers usually don't understand why it's BGR instead of RGB. Something like <font color="#ff0000" backcolor="#000000">, although still not HTML (due to the backcolor), is easier to understand... not a big issue, but might be worth considering Smile.

Other than that, excellent job! If you were a woman I'd kiss you Wink
