I have just installed version 1.1.0.7 and am having problems. Here is what I am doing. I create a menu by right clicking and choosing new menu. I do not give it a location. The menu is created. Then I right click and choose add shortcut. I set the path give it name (all correct) then when I hit finish it says unable to create item. Occasionally my Quick Launch folder is getting renamed to the shortcut I am trying to make.
I then created a menu by pointing to a folder. If I add shortcuts to that folder just in Explorer it works fine. If I add a shortcut by right clicking and choose add shortcut then I get the same error. Then my Explorer locked up and crashed my Win2000 SP1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just for confirmation. I tested and I get the same problem.
Explorer didn't crash though.

Just published version 1.1.0.8 fixes this bug
