TLB 3.2.7: Doesn't Always Load on Startup

Just reformatted and reinstalled Windows -- everything works great except TLB -- it often doesn't load at startup and has to be manually turned on. I noticed this seemed to start happening when I turned off the display of desktop icons -- if I turn them back on, and reboot, then TLB consistently does load. The only OS difference with the reformat is that SP2 is 'built in' and doesn't have to be applied separately...

I followed the link, and made the changes to the registry as explained, no change. Kind of a pain when one of your favorite programs doesn't work

The problem seems to be related to Webroot's Window Washer, a 'clean-up' program that seems to be washing something to do with TLB. When I disable it, the problem goes away. Had the sames versions both installed and running prior without this happening though... Like both programs a lot, but TLB wins this one
