explorer.exe hangs up TrueLaunchBar 3.2.7 Beta [TLB]

When opening a folder shortcut, or a drive [ C:\ , plug-in, or CD drives] TLB takes two to three minutes to open the folder.
During this time, putting the mouse over the TLB or over the start menu results in an hour-glass pointer.

Opening the same shortcut from the desktop brings the folder up immediately. :!:

This problem, much delayed opening of file folders or other items requiring explorer.exe also occurs now with v. 3.2

I will look to see if one of my recently installed programs is causing this problem.

anyone have the same issue with Mozilla Thunderbird w/ calendar extension, iPodder, and iTunes 4.9??

I'm using Windoz XP home, 1 Gig memory, fast processor.
