try to find flb.dll If it is on the disk then run the command from command line:
regsvr32 /u flb.dll

BTW are you administrator on your computer. All must be uninstalled automatically.

None of the above has worked for me. The bar still resides at the bottom of my screen. How can I get rid of this?

I've cleared the registry by searching for "launch" so I don't think there is anything left in there. flb.dll is not on my computer. I have installed and uninstalled three times. This bar is still on the bottom of my screen..

Are you shure this is FLB? If you don't have flb.dll this toolbar can't be FLB.

Try to right-click the chevrone at the left side of toolbar and select "Close"

If I right click the Bar I have three options: Toolbars, Always on Top, and Auto-Hide. The Toolbars option expands but everything is greyed out. It's the same Toolbar menu on the taskbar, which is also all greyed out.

I was using Free Launch Bar for a few weeks and this is the same little grey bar from before.

Ok well it does look like I had some bad registry values but nothing in that topic worked.

What did work was a simple download fix.

Website: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm">http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm</a><!-- m -->

That is fix #164.
