Update request for 3.2.15 RC3

Please update translation sources for the new version. Using current sources, some dialogs are in English (like New Alias in Command Line plugin).

The problems not with strings. Command Line ignore localization. I need update it.

OK, I've updated Command Line and lcman strings. Now all must work correctly.
