I have Control Panel as a virtual folder in a TLB toolbar that replaces the Quick Launch bar (see middle screenshot).
Each time I place a separator named 'Control Panel' at the top of the menu to label it, the separator disappears after re-logging on or after reboot (see upper screenshot). I checked on another XP laptop and the same thing happens.
It doesn't happen to labelled separators that I've placed in other Menus (see lower screenshot).
Is this a bug?
I know I could use a menu caption instead but I prefer the menu wiithout the thick 'spine' that a menu caption requires.
Regards,
David Tong.
