Cannot create new TLB toolbar (none currently created)

Hiya,
Just wiped my machine a month or so ago and trying to set it up now.

Downloaded and installed v4.1 to setup again, right clicked to create the TLB toolbar and I can see it in the menu, I can click it, but it does nothing.

Same with v4 that I tried to install as well.

Rebooted and same issue.

I've tried uninstalling it several times and re-installing it but no luck.

It just refuses to load up on my computer for some reason?

Any ideas?

Forgot to mention - the stand alone version will work fine. Just the shell extension wont work

I'm not sure, but maybe this file will help you. This is the REG file writes a one value into registry. This work on Vista and maybe help with XP.

Really want to get this working so I can setup this system properly.

Nice worked for me on Vista RC2 with the newest TLB 4.1. Couldnt get TLB to show before applying the reg. Thanks. :-))
