Actually, I'm not sure if it's a winamp plugin bug or not...but anyway...here's the problem...when you put the winamp plugin on your taskbar...particularly ones that are larger than the standard 16 icon size...it doesn't fit on the taskbar correctly.
When you move the taskbar up and down normally with a regular true launch bar...the icons center themselves in the taskbar. The winamp plugin doesn't do this...it either sticks to the top or runs over the bottom. Attached is a picture of the winamp plugin not centering itself. You can see that there's plently of room at the top to fit it all in but it still goes all the way to the bottom. Hope this makes sense.
